I’m an highly experienced professional with over 21 years work experience, 17 of these years have been people management, working in domestic and multinational environments. My experience includes sales, service and support management roles where exceptional service and customer satisfaction is key. For the past four and a half years I have been working in Corporate Social Responsibility sector helping support professionals who face barriers to work in particular minority groups, whilst working alongside NGO's and government partners to scale our support of this work, in my current role there is a big focus on budget management, events creation, comms, project management and strategy. I am extremely passionate about supporting people and making sure that they have the tools and support to achieve their career goals while empowering them to always do their best. In my management career I have been a people manager as well as a manager of managers this has been through individual team level as well as departmental level, I have managed teams from 6-50 people through out my career. I am a dynamic leader who works well as part of a team or on an individual basis. Professional, organised, adaptable, and a self starter who faces new challenges with diversity gained through both hard work and study. A 'results and members first driven' individual with strong communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels. Keen ambitious and always willing to learn and face challenges head on.
