My working career has given me considerable experience in identifying and subsequently implementing policies, attributes, mechanisms’ and operating systems that will make an organisation more effective, profitable and successful. I have extensive experience with governance and board reporting accountability, from both sides of the table. I have a proven record in implementing strategic plans and at the same time I have the ability to manage the day-to-day tasks required to achieve agreed goals. My management style is open and that allows ambitious, intelligent people to rise at the same time ensuring that high standards of performance are maintained. I have a keen sense of humor that I believe is essential for our working life and environment.
