I am a Managing Director within Alvarez and Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group specialising in Infrastructure Transactions and Financial Due Diligence. I have a wide range of experience providing Pre Acquisition, Vendor and Refinancing Due Diligence to a range of Corporate, Private Equity, Pension Fund and Infrastructure Fund clients. I have spent the last 17 years focusing on brownfield Infrastructure transactions. My infrastructure experience includes a range of Core and Core Plus assets (Airports, Ports, Toll Roads, Rail Freight, Ferries, MSAs, Logistics, Water, Gas, Electricity, Last Mile Connections, Oil Pipelines, Terminals, Smart / Dumb Meters, Renewable and Biomass Generation, Towers & Masts, Broadcast, alt et fibre and Island Telcos), in the UK, Europe and Africa working with a range of investors (Closed End Funds and Direct Investors). I have a particular focus on assisting clients with maximising value from their divestments and was previously EY's Divestment Advisory Services team leader for Infrastructure.
