As a Business Development Manager and former Business Owner, I offer a depth of experience driving revenue and profit growth in challenging international markets. Leveraging multinational and distributor work history, I understand how to build market leading sales and distribution organisations that achieve financial performance targets whilst creating long-standing relationships with key customers. Working in medical devices, I’ve always been most motivated by improving patient outcomes. In the end, it is the patient who benefits from new technologies, medications, procedures and processes. This passion for my field underlies why I strive to continuously master clinical knowledge – not just product knowledge – to ensure the teams I lead and the doctors with whom I work are able to help those who often need help the most.
