With over 14 years of experience in sales, customer service, and management, I am a passionate and driven manager of outbound sales development at Twilio, a leading cloud communications platform. I lead a team of sales development representatives across EMEA and APJ regions, who are responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the Flex product, a customizable contact center solution. I have successfully increased the pipeline and revenue of Flex by leveraging my skills in sales management, as well as my domain expertise in Microsoft SMB and cloud solutions. Prior to joining Twilio, I worked as a senior sales manager and a sales manager at Accenture, where I managed and supported the sales of Microsoft products and services to small and medium-sized businesses in Western Europe.
