Project and Research Management: focused on coordinating and developing applied research projects in both the academic and business sectors. From idea generation and funding to analysis, reporting and dissemination- Community Development: focused on projects and research related to community and economic development, primarily in rural communities. Academic studies, research projects and consulting have all focused on development projects for communities- ICT and Knowledge Management for Development: focused on the role and application of ICT and knowledge in development, primarily in the use and opportunities for rural communities. Co-developed community-based ICT assessment, E-Index, and wrote Masters Thesis on importance of knowledge-based planning for rural communities - International Development: some experience through studies and research projects; aim is to further develop cross application of rural Canada development research internationally in both developed and developing countries Specialties: team management, applied research, project development, ICT application in community development
