About Wayne Li

With 18+ years of experience in the mental health field and healthcare management, I am passionate about making mental health support accessible to everyone, and providing the right care, at the right time, no matter the individual. At Headspace, we empower our team of experts, ranging from mental health providers to Emmy award-winning producers and data scientists, to help millions of people around the world be healthier and live happier and sustainable lives. I hold an executive MBA from Cornell University, and currently function as the Vice President of Care Operations at Headspace, the world’s most comprehensive and accessible mental healthcare platform. I have a background in the business and delivery of psychology, including a strong understanding of what drives human decisions and their daily interactions. In my current role, I drive operational excellence and strategic scaling of our coaching, clinical, and system operations across Headspace's domestic and global footprint. I have a track record of executing new programs and strategies to enhance both the provider and member care experience, with a strong understanding of business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting effective operational builds. Lastly, but just as important, I love burritos.
