Prior to this I worked in several areas in Ford from Advanced Transmission running vehicle efficiency models and developing transmission efficiency models, Fastener Engineer analyzing bolted joint, to halfshaft and manual transmission D&R engineer. The area I'm most passionate about is process. Good process helps everyone get the required work done in the most efficient manner. Bad process can sap the motivation out of the most dedicated worker. I have read The Toyota Way, The Toyota Way Fieldbook, Lean Thinking and others and would love to work in an organization that was seeking to be the best they possibly can.
