My journey started in 7th grade, knocking on doors for a school fundraiser. That first-place win didn’t just earn me bragging rights — it sparked a lifelong passion for connecting with people, delivering value, and driving results. My career launched in the beauty industry, where I worked my way up from the warehouse to a junior sales rep and ultimately earned my own territory. While earning my Marketing degree at UCF, I was hustling in the field by day and attending class at night. That early work ethic opened doors — first with a Paul Mitchell distributor, and eventually with John Paul Mitchell Systems, where I served as Regional Director and collaborated with distributor teams and executives to drive brand success. Along the way, I’ve held roles including Territory Manager, Director of Sales, and Sales Trainer — consistently delivering year-over-year growth, winning “Sales Consultant of the Year” awards, and mentoring high-performing teams. I later expanded into the tech side of the industry at Booksy, a SaaS platform built for beauty professionals. There, I helped salons and independent artists adopt smarter systems, improve client retention, and grow their businesses through cutting-edge booking technology.
