About Wayne Maxwell

I currently work for AT & T Mobility as a Sr. Real Estate & Construction Manager in the DAS/Small Cell group and recently completed my Bachelors of IT degree at Southern NH University with focus on Telecommunications. My background ranges from working as a component level Motorola Technician specializing in Public Safety Communications, Cellular network Technician, Cellular Network Operations Management to my current position with the DAS/Small Cell group in the Greater New England area. I have a strong working knowledge of Emergency communications requirements, disaster recovery including first hand implementation of “Cell on Wheels” both deployment and management as well as emergency response microwave and satellite network installation and management. July 2021, I completed a Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency sponsored ComT 40 hour program. The ComT reports to and provides technical support to the ComL in the event of a deployment. Activities include event/site telecommunications planning, setup, tracking and overall operation of telephone, radio, satellite and internet networks. In August 2021 I completed the AUXCOMM 20 hour training course that supports emergency communications in the COMU chain of command also provided by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency.
