With over six years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a skilled and reliable Sr. Lease Analyst at Warwick Investment Group, a leading private equity firm that focuses on acquiring and operating oil and gas assets. My core competencies include managing land records, creating and preparing acreage reports, utilizing iLandman expertise, and training brokers and internal staff. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance. In my current role, I coordinate with Land to create and maintain land records across many basins, covering over acres in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Wyoming, Texas, and Colorado. I use P2 Land and iLandman systems to manage, update, and verify land data, and to provide cost savings and efficiency. I also create and prepare acreage reports for compliance, metric tracking, and valuation purposes, using my attention to detail and analytical skills. Additionally, I train brokers and internal staff to use P2 Land and iLandman, and I work with colleagues on a large data clean-up project for Delaware and Eagleford assets. I have successfully contributed to several projects and initiatives that have enhanced the performance and profitability of the company.
