About Wayne McNally

I have a broad range of experience in the property market across both commercial and residential sectors. Recent experience has been in the corporate real estate sector prior to which my background was primarily lease advisory work (dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring of all the main commercial property types), asset management and valuation work for banks, property companies, institutional funds and public sector bodies for various purposes. From 2011 to 2015, I worked within Lambert Smith Hampton's Corporate Recovery team, providing banks with pre-receivership advice on distressed property assets, advice to IPs relating to the disposal of properties, providing lease value advice to Liquidators and assisting Fixed Charge Receivers within the company in respect of their LPA appointments. In particular, I acted as case manager or appointment taker (following successful completion of the Fixed Charge Receivership Scheme) on a number of LPA receivership appointments for major lenders and specialist service providers, involving assets from the main commercial sectors as well as various residential properties. From 2015 to the end of 2018, I worked in Hartnell Taylor Cook’s Professional Services team in Bristol, with responsibility for growing the number of instructions relating to Landlord & Tenant and valuation work. More recently, I have been working for large corporate organisations within their property teams fulfilling a wide-range of responsibilities.
