Since joining Hale & Associates in 2008, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to make a real impact. By combining strategic growth initiatives with a heart for service, I’ve increased my annual production from $20 million to $50 million within just a few years. I also spearheaded efforts to build a nationwide brand, positioning our firm as a trusted name in safe money solutions. But beyond the numbers, what matters most to me is honoring the legacy of this family business and staying true to my values. Whether it’s guiding someone toward a secure retirement, helping families create lasting legacies, or simply offering a listening ear, my goal is to be a blessing to others in everything I do.
