I have been trading for over 35 years, during this time I have obtained a broad knowledge of all trades within the construction industry. I am a dedicated business owner and carry out projects from concept to full end. I pride myself in ensuring that I am knowledgeable of using new materials in the market place so that I am able to offer quality and best practice to our clients. Up-date on Sesec Ltd ( Social Enterprise Site Experience Company) What a busy year it has been since introducing the project of the Social Enterprise Site Experience Company, SESEC Ltd in conjunction with W.Barratt Contractors Ltd and Walsall Community College (WACC). 10 students were awarded certificates for completing the module and 8 are now employed and 1 self employed! This year Bullock Construction and WHG Walsall Housing Group are partaking in this co-hort. Are there are any like-minded companies out there who would like to be included within this exciting scheme? Please liaise through W.Barratt / Sesec Ltd. to offer work-placements, in the belief that the youngsters of today have great potential with prospects if given the right chances to develop. This year’s co-hort start their 4 week intensive hands on experience on 28th January. Projects include the Hippodrome Birmingham, St, Peter’s School, Bloxwich and several places within WHG’s organisation and properties for Bullocks Construction.
