About Wayne Molley

A Credit and Collection professional with 25 years of Business to Business experience. Over the last 16 years I have effectively manage the Credit Department by setting realistic objectives and monitoring them with the staff monthly to ensure that goals are met. I have managed, trained and mentored as many as 11 employees and 2 supervisors in both Illinois and North Carolina. I have overseen the Credit and Collection functions for 4 different corporate division at the same time, while meeting or exceeding all DSO, Cash Flow, Bad Debt Write Off's and Aging objectives on a yearly basis. Also have 15 years of Commercial Leasing experience in Credit and Collections. Over the last 4 years I have also administrated, developed and implemented the corporate wide Risk Management function. I have a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and I am currently a member of the NACM working on his CCE certification. During my credit and collection career, I have analyzed numerous financial statements and credit reports leading to sound credit decisions.
