Training is my passion. I have extensive years of experience designing and developing technical curriculums for the communications service provider and enterprise communications networks. I like managing teams of professional and experienced staff with highly technical skills that are applied to both courseware development and delivery. Like products and services, training evolves to meet the challenges of the ever changing learning environment and generational skills. Managing a department thought the changes to future proof the experience is an area I thrive in. I have an extreme interest in complex technologies an teaching making this profession the best fit for me. As a Director of Education Services for two companies, I have had a lot of success evolving the business and making a difference for the customer bringing value to the company. Recently managed a team of documentation writers and found the synergy exceptional between both training and documentation.
