I am an experienced leader in educational review and innovation, leading collaborative teams to improve the academic and social lives of students. I work towards inspiring a love of learning within students.I have a strong understanding of learning, learning styles and the cultivation of a stimulating and challenging learning environment. In recent positions, my focus has been to develop a strong learning community by building the professional, social and decisional capacity of colleagues and engaging parents in the pedagogical tools which develop deep levels of understanding in students. These supportive environments encourage students to fulfil their personal and educational potential through learning opportunities which both encompass and enrich their intellectual passions.
