I am a seasoned Software Engineer with two decades of hands-on experience in web development. Combining my technical expertise with an MBA degree, I am passionate about leading my teams towards Digital Mastery. This means excelling in both digital skills and leadership capabilities by leveraging technology to enhance productivity and performance. Currently, Wayne holds the role of Team Lead for the Website UI Team at Zelle, a leading instant online payment service. In this capacity, he is responsible for orchestrating the efforts of his team to ensure the development of cutting-edge web solutions. For 15 years, I had the privilege of managing over 80 websites, catering to the needs of Arizona State University's enrolled students. It was a fulfilling role that allowed me to make a significant impact on the educational experience. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to serve as a web developer for notable scientific research communities, such as the Society for Molecular Biology and Evolution (SMBE) and the American Genetic Association (AGA). This has allowed me to apply my technical skills to support groundbreaking research initiatives. As a member of the Navajo Nation, I am deeply committed to promoting multicultural understanding and collaborating with Indigenous technologists.
