I am an open networker and happy to connect with you. As an Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Lecturer at the UBC Sauder School of Business, I prepare future business leaders to lead with confidence, curiosity, and purpose. I combine professional experience with academic insight to design learning experiences that encourage students to explore ideas, ask questions, and apply concepts in practical ways. I focus on leadership development, team dynamics, organizational culture, and strategic HR, creating inclusive learning environments where all voices are heard. I encourage students to think critically, work collaboratively, and consider the broader impact of their decisions. Throughout my career, I have continued to learn, expand my expertise, and build strong professional relationships. I mentor emerging leaders, facilitate discussions, and help others define their leadership approach. At UBC Sauder, my goal is to help students become capable, ethical leaders who make a positive impact in their organizations and communities.
