Experienced, certified, and licensed aircraft maintenance engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the aviation industry in South Africa and Africa alike. Presently Licensed to work on an array of aircrafts including Boeing B737-300/400/500; CFM56-3 Series Engines; Airbus A319 / A320. Additionally, still current with all regulatory courses such as Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Civil Aviation Regulations. Hands-on experience in an acting supervisory position over a long period of time, where clear leadership was provided and proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams within high-performing environments. Strong technical literacy, including the ability to accurately navigate and interpret the contents of aircraft maintenance data and operational documentation, e.g, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Minimum Equipment Lists. Work extremely well independently and as part of a team, able to successfully work toward a common goal with others. Open to and accepting of new ideas, making room for all types of communication and communicators.
