About Wayne Rinker

I have been in sales for years and have come to find that I am just all around great with people. I find that I am able to evaluate a situation and find the best possible approach very quickly. I love helping people and one of the reasons why I'm so good at my job is because I truely believe in the service I offer and the company I work for. One of my goals is to try and better understand my merchants and their needs so that I may better service them. I want every person I work with to be able to say that I'm a man of my word and that I'm someone they can count on. I want people to know I'm intrested in helping them and I will go out of my way for them. I love my job and I understand that I'm only as good as the service I provide. Specialties: I am a very fast learner, I work well under pressure, and I'm persistant. I'm not one to be easily discouraged. I'm not afraid of hard work and doing what must be done to reach my goals or accomplish a task. I can also motivate others and help them produce on a much higher level.
