After working in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, Wayne realized it was exceedingly difficult to connect with the end users of the products they were developing. Striving to make an impact on people lives, he changed career course to get closer to the people in need of specific healthcare products. After a substantial amount of market research, Wayne and his partners found a gap in the market of incontinence underwear made from high quality materials with the right fit and absorbency. Underx was born and has since launched it's absorbent underwear line using their own XSorb and Xfit technologies. The Underx mission is to provide a superior product with excellent and compassionate customer service to their clients and caregivers alike. As a leader and self-sufficient innovator, Wayne is comfortable in any role from the executive boardroom to the manufacturing floor. He is a savvy negotiator known for strong business development and relationship building skills. Wayne's innate ability to build high-performance teams, including his strategically-selected executive management staff, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace. Wayne has resided and worked in the UK, Europe, Australia, and USA and has been living in the USA for the past 25 years with his wife, Beth. They enjoy traveling with friends and family. Wayne is an avid scuba diver when in any tropical areas.
