About Wayne Schultz

I have enjoyed a long career working in the Alberta utility industry with retailers and distribution companies on the business operations side and with IT. Starting long before de-regulation I have been part of an evolving and transforming industry. This has brought significant challenges and great opportunities. Post de-regulation I have worked in the management of billing and settlement for retailers and distribution companies. I have supported large-scale transformation projects, product review projects, and corporate direction evaluation for both the business and IT business units. My core competencies include business analysis, consulting, and analytical skills, which enable me to work with senior management, provide guidance and support to project managers and leaders, and manage and report on project schedules, resourcing, and expenses. I have also acted as a business unit advocate, managing large system changes, quality assurance, and subject matter expertise. I am passionate about integrating and documenting business process modifications required due to systems technology changes or corporate acquisition.
