About Wayne Smart
After many years as a divorce attorney in Colorado, I founded Smart Mediation Services in 1998. My core responsibility is to assist clients through the divorce and/or child custody experience with a minimum of emotional and financial damage. I have been involved in over a thousand divorce proceedings (including my own divorce) with a high rate of resolution. In addition to divorce mediations, I have also mediated Equal Employment Opportunity cases for the U.S. Postal Service for over ten years with an 80% settlement rate. I was designated a "Blue Ribbon Mediator" for the post office and received special training in 2003.
