With extensive Sales and Operational Management experience across the retail sectors of South Africa, England, and the Netherlands, I made the decision—together with my family—to immigrate to Australia in pursuit of new opportunities. Over the past 14 years in Australia, I have developed a diverse skill set across multiple sectors. I began my local journey with Earp Bros Hardware Pty Ltd, where I led their clearance tile brand in Newcastle for 4.5 years under a low-cost retail model. I then relocated to Sydney to manage the NSW branch of Earp Bros Tiles. This role evolved into a two-year appointment as National Operations Manager, and most recently, I have transitioned into the role of National Customer Service Manager. In addition to my operational experience, I bring specialist expertise in the ceramic tile industry, with a particular focus on slip resistance in tile flooring systems. I regularly deliver CPD (Continuing Professional Development) presentations to architectural and interior design firms as part of their professional accreditation programs.
