I am currently a Real Estate Broker, Training Manager & Business Coach who has been a part of Royal LePage since 2004. Starting as a Sales Representative in 2004, I quickly became one of the company's top Realtors. Between 2004-2010 he was in the Top 5% of Agents across Canada 5 times earning several sales awards including the Directors Platinum award twice in 2006 & 2007 and then the Diamond Sales award 3 consecutive years from 2008-2010. Starting in 2011, my estate career shifted from sales to management when I became a Broker/Manager specializing in coaching, training and mentoring new agents. My real estate sales experience proved to be a big asset in assisting our new agents to become successful in starting their real estate careers. In addition to working closely with brand new agents, I also do one-on-one coaching with experienced agents and I host several mastermind groups on a monthly basis. I am a Certified Buffini Mentor delivering the 100 Days to Greatness & Pathway to Mastery programs and I am also certified with Richard Robbins International to deliver their Masters Formula programs. As of January 2025, I am excited to announce that after 14 years of managing, coaching and mentoring hundreds of Realtors, I will once again be putting. my extensive real estate knowledge and experience back to work helping clients buy and sell real estate throughout Ottawa area as well as areas to the south and west of the city.
