About Wayne Warwick

Hard working individual that likes to get things done. I'm organized, sometimes to a fault, and I have a knack for getting to the bottom of things. I'm able to step back and see the bigger picture. Sometimes the answer to the hardest question is the simplest thing. I've been working for three quarters of my life now. I've succeeded and I've failed but, overall, I've grown. I feel that I've learned from my mistakes and have become a better leader as a result. I still make mistakes, we all do, but being able to work through them and grow as a result, is what makes us all better people. I have many interests but have focused on my management skills for my career. I have been in management roles of one type or another for over 30 years. I have managed both small and large teams (some with remote employees). I have been accountable for budgets ranging from only a few thousand dollars to budgets of over one million dollars. So far, I've only managed small projects so that's something I hope to work on as I move forward.
