My senior management background paired with my ability to also work on the front line of any company allows me to analyse, interlink and improve several departments within a company at once. From operational through to management and administrative skills, I provide a rare ability to overview and understand the overall view of a company. My management experience and skills allows me to move my team onside in a short period of time to create a friendly, yet structured atmosphere making the workplace enjoyable and productive. I make it my personal objective to ensure the company is constantly moving and evolving as required. My most recent role as a General Manager required me to become involved in strategic decisions and drive the company towards a path of success. My role required I manage a budget exceeding $200m and control the entire company operations through newly created systems & delegation to 30+ staff members.
