About Wayne Willis

With accumulated experience across various entities and missions, I am primed to share my energy and insights for positive social outcomes. I have experience taking on the full financial responsibility for organisations and at times have participated in all aspects of running entities. It has been valuable to be able to link decisions and subsequent actions to the end financial result. I have worked alone or with CEOs for more than thirty years. My story involves: Managing the finances of an entertainment industry group that gained global reach, where I gained insights into how to make the most of limited resources. Created and managed an Indigenous charitable foundation. Establishing a sustainable business model that stands in harmony with community expectations. Ran a not for profit consultancy, which involved brokering partnerships and alliances between not for profits and corporations to locate the sweet spot where shared activities resulted in benefits for both parties. Recently melded those skills and insights to assist a mission-based not for profit that had significant turnover and presence in the community. Currently assisting and consulting to a number of entities to streamline their business processes using the latest technologies so more time can be contributed to mission outcomes. I have worked with people from all walks of life and I enjoy creating more than the sum of the parts through teamwork and innovative strategies.
