For over 20 years, I've operated at the intersection of music, media, and technology. My career started on the stage and in the studio as an artist signed to Warner Bros, giving me a ground-level understanding of what it takes to connect with an audience. That experience was broadened by my work in commissioning and production for major broadcasters like the BBC, Channel 4, and Channel 5, revealing how the industry works from the top down. Today, I channel that collective experience into building a complete ecosystem for the modern music world: For The Fans (Rippla.tv): As CEO of Rippla, I lead a team dedicated to producing next-generation music events and interactive experiences. We don't just create content; we build worlds where fans can engage more deeply with the artists they love. For The Creator (WeAreZens.com): The creative journey can be demanding. My work with Zens is dedicated to providing artists and industry professionals with the tools and community for mindfulness and sustainable wellbeing, tackling burnout head-on. For The Industry (Consulting & Education): Through my Substack,'Friday Music Fragments', teaching and private consulting, I share actionable insights on productivity, monetisation, and building a multi-faceted career. I help artists and music entrepreneurs design their own 'product ecosystem' to create diverse and resilient revenue streams. Within my teaching, I am to help people begin a journey in music and with an instrument they grow to love. My mission is to empower creators and innovate how audiences experience music.
