I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Al Yamamah University and over five years of work experience in various customer-facing roles. I have honed my presentation skills, business planning, and proposal writing abilities through my internship at channels by stc, where I supported the marketing team in launching and promoting new products and services. I also have a strong background in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Representative at English Educational Centre for four and a half years, where I handled inquiries, complaints, and feedback from students and parents. I am passionate about creating and delivering impactful and innovative marketing solutions that enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
