About Wednesday Rees

I’m a curious, creative, and organized professional with 7+ years of experience developing content-rich experiences and managing complex, cross-functional projects. My work blends storytelling and systems thinking—uniting strategy, collaboration, and thoughtful execution to create meaningful, audience-centered outcomes. With strengths in both content creation and project management, I’m equally comfortable shaping the message and managing the process. I’ve coordinated everything from digital interactives to hands-on educational spaces, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with audience needs, project goals, and production timelines. I specialize in breaking down complexity into structure, aligning teams around shared goals, and designing collaborative systems that work. I create templates, documentation, and onboarding tools that bring clarity and consistency to fast-moving environments. I lead with empathy and curiosity, thrive in roles that require both creativity and structure, and take real joy in making work more efficient, impactful, and people-centered.
