Currently I lead a team of subject matter experts and professionals in (1) developing and implementing policies, training, and awareness programs on key subjects such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Export Control, Antitrust, and Human Rights;(2) Manage all investigations globally concerning Fraud (financial), HR, Legal, and Security matters;(3) Enforce our policies on insider trading and third party screening processes. My team members are based in The Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, Dubai, India, China and Singapore. I have experience of external audits, internal audits, forensic investigations, risk management, compliance, third party due diligence and internal controls. Particularly, I have rich experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigation (bribery, corruption, financial crimes) and FCPA review. Prior to my current role, I led the global internal audit team (finance and non-finance audits) for Signify. In that role, I reported into CEO and Chairman of Audit Committee, presented quarterly updates with Board of Management and Audit Committee. I am a Chartered Accountant, trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers and qualified in 2006. I am also a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist. I have worked in United Kingdom, China (Beijing, Shanghai), United States, and now Netherlands.
