About Wei Hsiang Yang

I am now working as Senior Planner in APPC (Asia Pacific Production Control) department of Qualcomm. Job scopes and expertises are mainly fousing on overseeing backend processes manfacturing, inclduing bump, probe, assembly and testing for ensuring seamless supply with coodrination with suppliers and internal cross functional teams. And as for my career, It's all staying capacity and manufacturing area. I started to work at Micron as an IE Capacity Engineer, in charge of Photo area's capacity planning, needing to plan long-term tool purchase and communicate cross departments for smooth production plan. Then in 2020, I got a chance to join SHL Medical as Process Engineer for executing auto assembly introduction projects, which helped me to cultivate the data-consolidation and visulation skills during that period. All in all, with these years' journey in production control and manfacturing industry, I know the ropes with semiconductors' backend processes and how the production plan should be made and executed. Besides the knowlege on planning, strong data consolidation skills will be my advantage to stand out from others.
