The system automates customer order processing from multiple channels; to process to shipment including generating the related document such as shipping label, packing list, and invoice. The ERP system also consists of inventory/warehouse management, customer relationship management, RMA control, and report generator for sales report and forecast. The ERP system is cloud based and work with Amazon AWS, eBay online service and other market channels. • I was award a patent in Smart card secure computing. The patent number is WO2003044712 A1.
