As a Support Escalation Engineer in Microsoft Global Technical Support team, I specialize in assisting enterprise developers in troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues, including program exceptions, application crashes, and performance bottlenecks. I also help clients quickly master new technologies and products, including supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) projects. I provide support for a wide range of Microsoft products, including ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Edge Browser, Azure Bot Service, SignalR, PubSub, Azure Web App, as well as legacy platforms such as IIS, WCF, and WWF. With deep expertise in debugging, I am well-versed in full-stack development, with a focus on C# and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and C++. I am also skilled in using various development and debugging tools, including Wireshark, Fiddler, WinDbg, PerfView, Chromium DevTools, and various proprietary Microsoft tools. I possess strong self-learning capabilities, enabling me to quickly adapt to and master new technologies and products. Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness, particularly boxing, Les Mills workout classes, and yoga. I also enjoy reading, especially historical works, biographies, and fiction.
