As a Technical Lead at Scotiabank, I work as a development manager and participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle. I have led and designed processes to migrate on-premise applications to SaaS solutions and supported enterprise-wide services such as authentication and provisioning. I have also been involved in coding and troubleshooting for critical Bank initiatives, including AML, KYC, and security architecture standards.I have over four years of experience working at Scotiabank, starting as a Senior Programmer Analyst and progressing to a Lead Developer and a Technical Lead. I have collaborated with multiple teams across the Bank on strategy and direction, and led planning and review sessions with diverse stakeholders, including business specialists and senior executives. I have contributed to technical delivery solutions for user requirements within an agile development team, and provided production support for internal user groups. I am passionate about delivering high-quality software that meets the needs of the customers and the business, and I enjoy working with a dynamic and supportive team. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in banking and finance, and a skill set that includes full stack development, API design, SaaS migration, and IAM solution deployment.
