Over the past 29 years I have built a practice dedicated to putting the client first and focusing on what matters most in their lives. My team emphasizes intellectual rigor, in depth customization and a commitment to service. We are committed to listening to each client's passions and priorities to bring order to their financial lives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Board of Standards Inc. with decades of experience, I help clients "see around corners" and prepare for likely and unlikely circumstances. Beyond risk-managed financial strategies, I strive to educate "the next generation" – so that wise financial habits can contribute to lifetimes of financial fulfillment. My degree in economics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah provides a solid foundation in finance, accounting, behavioral economics, economic history, trade, labor, capital markets, interest rates and credit. I enjoy skiing and weekly hiking trips with my wife and four children – and sharing lessons of humility.
