My biggest asset is my love of learning and curiosity; I read about many topics (history, physics, technology, fitness and nutrition, cars, etc) and bring that ability to learn with me to all situations. I have been recognized as a skilled technical writer, so that the customer and service team members are all updated with timely and clear information about resolutions to previous issues. Experienced in the printing industry and food industry, I've worked on electro-optical, mechanical, pneumatics, lasers, troubleshooting PLC and control systems, and aligning/calibrating camera systems as a field service professional since 1997. I provide solutions and service expeditiously to customers, in whatever means necessary, as a team member or as an individual. I also coordinate planned maintenance activities for our team to ensure maximum uptime for our customers.
