Twenty two years’ experience in large companies in Brazil, operating in different areas such as Operation, Production Planning, Laboratory, Processes, Costumer Service, Project Management and People, Process and Production Management. Rising Career allied to a good educational background and knowledge in technical, technological areas and engineering. Operational improvement activities carried out with the technical and engineering areas based on recommendations of experient factory floor operators. On Production, Planning and Control, optimization of the manufacturing routes focusing on the lead time reduction and efficiency gain. In the laboratory, projects made in conjunction with the costumers, using the Six Sigma methodology and the Green Belt course. Cold Mill Processes and Finishing Area garanteed by production indicators allied to internal process changes and performance gain on custumers. Technical support to the custumers operating in Northeast, South and Southeast regions, being responsible for bringing and translating the costumer’s voice inside the company. Putting projects in practice focusing on increasing metalic yield and its productivity using specific methodologies, such as Lean, Ishikawa, PDCA, 5W2H, Kaizen and Control Charts. People’s management, production and processes with schedule change, cost reductions, controlling, monitoring and further dissemination of safety, quality and production indicators and introducing improvement processes in Cold Mill, annealing furnaces and tension leveller + metal cleaning and static and rotary kiln casting.
