I’m currently the Global Marketing Automation Lead at Meta, driving strategic automation initiatives and leading the teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. I focus on scaling marketing automation frameworks that improve efficiency, personalization, and performance across regional campaigns. My work bridges data, technology, and strategy—from customer journey mapping and lifecycle workflows to platform integration and performance analytics—enabling teams to operate at scale and speed through new MarTech initiatives. Previously, I was the Digital Marketing Manager for Meta’s APAC region, where I led regional campaigns from end to end: campaign strategy, audience targeting, content planning, channel activation, measurement, and insights. I collaborated closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact business marketing initiatives that aligned with global priorities. Before Meta, I led digital marketing at Paktor Group for the Singapore and Malaysia markets. Starting with the Paktor app, my role later expanded to include our offline matchmaking services—GaiGai (SG), Datesmith (MY), and Fleek Image Consultant (SG & MY). Managing both online and offline channels gave me a strong understanding of integrated customer journeys and required deep collaboration with sales, product, design, and data teams. Earlier in my career, I was the Accounts Director at Black Marketing, where I specialized in LinkedIn branding and B2B lead generation. I worked closely with executives across industries to craft compelling personal and corporate profiles that positioned them as thought leaders and unlocked new business opportunities. In 2014, I co-founded The Holqa Cafe with my college friends—a space designed to bring people together through food, coffee, and conversation. It was born out of our shared belief in the power of human connection. I’ve always believed in giving my best to every opportunity—because if I never try, I’ll never know.
