Sr. Human Resources professional with extensive labor relations experience. My unique background of holding progressive union leadership positions along with my human resources experience allows me to develop strong working relationships with both management and the union. Labor relation experience includes negotiating over 10 bargaining agreements, processing grievances, answering labor charges, negotiating a plant shutdown, negotiating a bargaining agreement extension, arbitration, negotiating/developing letters of understanding, handling day-to-day operation in a manufacturing setting of HR that has two unions present. Over 5 years supervisory experience supervising unionized hourly and salaried non-exempt workforce in a manufacturing environment. Duties included employee assignments/scheduling, discipline writing, employee investigations, and material movement throughout the shop floor on a day-to-day basis.
