Collaborative, curious, flexible, and customer-focused, I have 20+ years of a proven track record in leading change management for large-scale transformations, transactions, and technology implementations across industry sectors. I provide vision and guidance for my teams and collaborate across multiple work streams to deliver solutions for our clients. I build relationships with stakeholders and coach team members. I have spoken at various HR conferences. I was the head-judge of the first-ever employee Hackathon in San Francisco. I use a design-thinking approach to help teams unleash their creativity and find innovative solutions. I served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University’s Masters for Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) program. Fluent in Mandarin and several Chinese dialects, I appreciate nuances of cultural and communication style differences - and love the opportunities to continually learn about different cultures, arts, and food!
