Since I was a child, I dreamed of becoming an astronaut, a video game programmer, and a car designer. That last dream led me to study Mechanical Engineering, which allowed me to design industrial plants and lead large-scale projects. Yet, space, video games, and race cars remain my biggest passions. As my career progressed, I completed an MBA in Engineering Management to strengthen my skills. Continuing my reinvention journey, I decided to take it a step further and earned a Master’s in Coaching and Mentoring. This experience allowed me to complement my technical expertise with tools to guide others in their personal and professional growth. Today, my true passion is transforming the mindset of those who believe they “can’t,” showing them that with the right strategy and determination, if you want it, you can achieve it. I am driven by connecting with people, understanding their stories, and helping them unlock their full potential. With over 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, I have led and collaborated on multidisciplinary projects on a global scale. Currently, I serve as Business Unit Manager for the Industrial Services Division at BETWEEN, providing innovative solutions across various industries. Additionally, as a Career and Employability Coach, I support professionals in their reinvention process—helping them strengthen their personal brand, optimize their job search, and leverage tools like LinkedIn.
