My name is Wendell Louis I was born In Ottawa, Ontario. I noticed that I enjoyed technology at a young age. As I grew up I discovered that I like to take things apart such has the different electronics devices and the main desktop computer of the house. As a Personal Computer Systems Technician and Freelance Designer, I have over 10 years of experience working with clients to find solutions for their computer and web design needs. I have a strong background in customer service, including scheduling service appointments, educating clients on how to operate their personal computers, and configuring internet accounts. In my role as a Web Design Specialist, I have designed and revised digital assets across a variety of platforms, including websites, social media content, and brand identity. I am also proficient in lead acquisition through e-commerce sites and have supported internal marketing efforts through creative tasks such as sourcing photography and resizing images. In addition to my design experience, I have also provided technical support and tutoring services, assisting clients with using their computer electronics and portable devices.
