About Wendi Bowen Eure

I'm a Statesville, NC native, born and raised. Prior to joining the real estate world, I worked as a Program Coordinator for the NC Department of Commerce. In my 13 years with the state, I negotiated program expansions, worked across political party lines, managed program budgets, supervised staff, advocated on behalf of NC citizens, collaborated with service providers, and analyzed new legislation to determine effects on my programs. My educational background includes a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Technology. This education and experience has equipped me with valuable skills necessary for becoming a great real estate professional. If the thought of buying a home or selling a home causes you stress and anxiety, I get it! I began investing in Real Estate in 2008 and had gone through 5 real estates transactions prior to getting my real estate brokers license. I also leased one of my properties for 7 years until deciding to sell it. The stress and headaches that accompany real estate transactions are normal. However, choosing me as your agent, means I take the burden off of you to make the process as stress free as possible. I will equip you with the information necessary for you to make the right decisions. You'll have a knowledgeable, professional real estate agent and committed ally to negotiate on your behalf. I'm here to help you make BOLD moves in Real Estate! Call 704-437-1149 for a no obligation consultation!
