About Wendi Eeet

I am a seasoned operations and compliance leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth, efficiency, and strategic transformation across diverse industries. As a founding team member of Ideal Protein, I built and led core departments, optimized supply chains, and navigated complex regulatory landscapes—all while fostering strong relationships across teams, clients, and executive leadership. What sets me apart is my ability to lead with empathy and resolve conflict with clarity and purpose. I thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration, trust, and communication are key to success. Whether managing post-acquisition transitions or launching international initiatives, I bring a people-first mindset to every challenge—aligning interests, building consensus, and delivering sustainable solutions. I’m now seeking a leadership role where I can continue to blend operational excellence with strategic relationship-building to help organizations scale and succeed.
