I’ve supported and led some of NYC’s most challenging builds — from the Barclays Center and World Trade Center Memorial to multi-phase high-rise developments — delivering results through structure, clarity, and strategy. My specialty is assessing disorganized or high-risk workflows, building tailored QA/QC programs and risk management protocols, and putting the right people and processes in place to sustain performance.
