When I started at Innovative Educators, it was my first full-time job. I didn’t come in with years of experience, but I came in curious, open, and ready to learn. Since then, I’ve grown into a role that lets me blend creativity, research, and problem-solving in a way that feels both challenging and meaningful. My background is in psychology and philosophy, which taught me to think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and appreciate the many shades of grey in complex situations. I love learning, adapting, and figuring things out. Preferably with a strong cup of tea and a dry, slightly sarcastic sense of humor. These days, I’m the go-to person for research projects, content editing, and all the things that require patience, precision, and a bit of creative thinking. I work best behind the scenes, where I can quietly get things done and sneak in a clever one-liner when the moment calls for it.
