20 + years of Accounting and Finance Experience mainly in Singapore and USA. Adding on Human resources portfolio into my resume. Currently Senior Director, Finance and Human Resource with Biotronik Asia Pacific Manufacturing responsible to handle all financial affairs including government relations, as well as preparing and reviewing business contracts to secure good operations of the company. Strategic planning,overseeing and optimizing of all necessary reports on a local but also on a group. Also oversee the Human resource team and matters for BIOTRONIK APM. Prior to Biotronik, 8 years being Senior Finance Manager at Baxter Healthcare Asia Pte Ltd. Overseeing the finance team from Accounting operations to Business support/partnering mainly focusing on FPA for Singapore/Brunei/Indonesia Previous experience including North Asia Controller in Thomas Reuters overseeing the shared service team for North Asia region, mainly controllership and compliance function. Expertise in setting up and assisting in transition shared service in Singapore for Symbol Technologies. Also worked in the USA, Santa Clara for 3 years as Finance and Admin Manager for Reel Service USA overseeing the accounting and finance operations, human resource and admin.
